What to Bring
Sun screen, suntan lotion, insect repellant, a good sun hat, beach towel, fishing equipment. Some guests prefer swimming shoes as they are not used to swimming in a river.
What We Supply
Utensils for the bar-b-que and a tank of propane. The kitchens are fully equipped. A detailed list is available for each cottage at time of reservation. Each cottage has a colour television and Satellite Hook up. Bedding and bath towels are supplied.
General Information
There is a boat ramp located in Ivy Lea. The village of Lansdowne is just a few minutes from Ivy Lea with a grocery store and a liquor and beer store. Boat rentals and bait are available at Peck’s Marina just to the west of Ivy Lea on the Parkway. There is an excellent Fishing Guide in Gananoque should you wish to try your luck going after the big ones. Fishing licenses are available at the Gananoque Chamber of Commerce, Blue Mountain Archery and the Hill Island Gift shop on Hill Island.
